Halves of beef are $8.50/lb hanging weight (all processing costs included).  1/2 beef are customized, which means we go through all the options and you have the beef cut and wrapped to meet your families needs and preferences. Balance is due upon pick up. 

Offal (Heart, liver, fat & bones) available upon request
